Annual Meeting Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for the 2022 online NSCN Annual Meeting taking place on May 19 at 1:00pm via Zoom. Please note: Registration is required to ensure all participants receive the link for the virtual meeting and to have access to meeting materials. To register, visit our website here.

- If you wish to apply to sit on the NSCN Board and run against the nominees advanced by the Nominating Committee, submit the required materials by April 21 at 1:00 p.m.
- Provide feedback on the development of a single code of ethics by May 11 in our open consultation.
- April’s practice support tool is the Duty to Report Guideline, which helps nurses understand their accountabilities related to the duty to report.

- Government has introduced an amendment to the Hospitals Act. If enacted, the amendment will allow nurse practitioners to admit patients to the hospital.
- Department of Health and Wellness has extended the supply of appropriate PPE to private practitioners, at no cost, from April 1, 2022 until June 30, 2022.
- Read our updated Telenursing Practice Guideline, which supports nurses in meeting their standards of practice while providing telenursing services.
