Annual Meeting Registration Now Open
Registration is now open for the 2023 online NSCN Annual Meeting taking place on May 18 at 1:00 pm via Zoom. Please note: registration is required to ensure all participants receive the link for the virtual meeting and to have access to meeting materials. To register, visit our website here.

- If you wish to apply to sit on the NSCN Board and run against the nominee advanced by the Nominating Committee, the second call for Board applications opens April 18th at 1:00pm.
- April’s practice support tool is the Documentation Guidelines for Nurses, which describes nurses’ accountability and the expectations for documentation in all practice settings, regardless of the documentation method or storage.
- View our new Practice Hours Assessment Tool, which assists nurses in determining if they can count their practice hours as nursing practice or if they need additional clarity from NSCN on their individual role.
- The deadline to submit feedback on the proposed By-laws with respect to Currency of Practice Requirements is April 23.
- The tax filing deadline is April 30. To find your tax receipt for your annual registration and licence, log in to the registrant portal to access it and under ‘invoices’ choose ‘include paid’.

- To reset your password, go to the portal here. Request a password reset by clicking ‘Forgot your password.’
- To find a registration number, visit our Search for a Nurse directory and search by first/last name. The registration number will appear below the registrants name in the ‘registrant’ column.
- To make a profile change, log in to the portal using your email and password. Select the ‘profile update’ tab. You will be taken to the profile update form and can select the information you wish to change, such as mailing address or email address.
- To request a document, login into the portal using your email and password. Select one of the options under 'My Forms' section. Fill in the form and pay any applicable fees to submit your request.
