There will be an upcoming LogMeIn Rescue (LMI) maintenance window on November 9th, from 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM Atlantic Standard Time (AST) that will impact the ProctorU Online Proctoring Platform. The ProctorU Online Proctoring Platform, used to write registration exams, relies on LMI for remote access as well as communication between proctors and candidates.
To minimize any disruptions, ProctorU will implement a blackout period from November 8th, 12 AM until November 9th, 3:59 AM AST. This will prevent new appointments from being scheduled during this time, with the first available slot opening at 4 AM AST.
A small number of candidates are currently scheduled during this maintenance window, and the Meazure Learning Support team will be reaching out to those impacted to assist with rescheduling within your approved testing window.
