The Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness is conducting a series of semi-structured interviews with nurses who did not renew their registration and licensure for the 2023/2024 year to better understand why they made that choice. The interview will take about 45 minutes and will be done using Microsoft Teams. Participation will be voluntary and confidential. The information gathered from the interviews will be used to create a survey for all nurses that did not renew their registration and licensure for the 2023/2024 year.
If you did not renew your NSCN registration and licensure in 2023/2024 and are interested in participating in one of the interviews, please contact Greg Auton ( greg.auton@novascotia.ca) at your earliest convenience. The Department of Health and Wellness is interested in speaking to a range of nurses in the interviews, so please indicate in your email whether you are an LPN, RN or NP.
