Are you interested in helping improve the NSCN website experience for the public, nurses and applicants? Now’s your chance! The Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN) is looking for volunteers to take part in website usability testing for the NSCN website. Our goal is to make the site more useful, accessible, and easier to navigate and your feedback is valuable.

What’s involved?

Testers will be given different scenarios to participate in on the NSCN website and we will observe how the tester interacts with the website to help measure usability, intuitiveness and how easy it is to achieve the scenario goals.

The tests will take place virtually between January 8-17. Each test will take approximately 45-60 minutes and will be recorded. Testers will need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer with internet connection
  • Camera and microphone

If you are interested in participating, please complete the form below that applies to you. We'll contact those selected to schedule a testing time. Please note: there are a limited number of spots, so not everyone will be able to participate.

If you have any questions, please contact communications@nscn.ca.
