Save the date on September 27, 2024 for NSCN's Supporting Professional Practice in Nursing Workshop in Sydney, Cape Breton!
Based on our analysis of practice consultation in both 2022 and 2023 and a needs assessment conducted in October 2023, NSCN will be hosting a workshop for Managers (both nurse and non-nurses), Clinical Nurse Educators, Professional Practice Leads and others in leadership roles to support them in leading nurses in practice. Please note: NSCN held this workshop in Dartmouth in May 2024, and the same topics will be presented at the Sydney workshop.
Topics at the workshop will include:
- Everyday Leadership
- Transition to Practice
- Sexual Misconduct Standards for Nurses
- Optimization of Scope - Three-Factor Framework
