The Board of the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN) would like to provide an update regarding its recent announcement of Sara Telfer’s appointment as CEO & Registrar.
The NSCN Board has received notice from Sara Telfer withdrawing her candidacy for the role of CEO and Registrar, effective immediately. The Board has accepted this notice and wishes Sara all the best in her future endeavors.
Sue Smith will continue in her role as CEO and Registrar, providing exceptional leadership and business continuity until a new CEO is in place. As CEO and Registrar for the past 10 years, Sue’s on-going commitment will maintain the seamless operations of the NSCN in the interim.
The NSCN Board is now in the process of filling the role for the next CEO and Registrar. Additional information will be shared as details are available.
