Requesting Proof of Current or Former Registration & Licensure
To request Proof of Current or Former Registration and Licensure, access the portal here. Log in to the portal using your email and password. Go to the "Optional Requests – Not Required" section on the home page of the portal and select the ‘Proof of Current or Former Registration and Licensure Form’. After you submit this form and payment, we will issue a letter confirming your registration and licensure status with NSCN.
Please note: NSCN is able to provide proof of your initial registration date and confirmation of current licensure. If you are looking to include all years that you have been licensed, we are only able to provide records from 1998 onwards. If this is what you are looking for, please submit a request via the portal.
Typically, this letter is requested for employment, education or immigration reasons. If this information is required by a regulatory body, NNAS, or CGFNS, please apply for a Verification of Registration Form.
Fees are in Canadian funds, includes the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), and must accompany your request. We will complete this request as soon as possible once we receive both the request and payment.
